About Me
I am Henry Ukomah, a dedicated educator and developer with a strong foundation in mathematics. My academic journey, highlighted by an M.Sc. in Mathematical Science from the University of York and study routine, has equipped me with the analytical skills and deep understanding necessary to excel in these fields.
My career began as a Graduate Assistant Lecturer at Abia State University, where I had the privilege of teaching and mentoring students in various mathematical courses. This experience not only solidified my passion for teaching but also honed my ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Building on my teaching experience, I transitioned into digital development, where I have been instrumental in creating and delivering digital solutions. At the University of Exeter, I contributed to the implementation of digital learning solutions, ensuring that educational content was both high-quality and user-friendly.
In addition to my teaching and digital development background, I am deeply passionate about data science and backend development. Proficient in programming languages like Python and JavaScript, and experienced with frameworks like Django, I apply my mathematical and analytical skills to solve real-world problems through data science and system development.
I am eager to share my knowledge and skills with others. My teaching philosophy is centered around making complex topics accessible and actionable, empowering my students to achieve their goals in the rapidly evolving fields of data science and programming.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your skill set, I am committed to helping you master the essentials of data science through accessible, high-quality educational content.
